Where's that Spreadsheet!

Filename, Filename, my filename and sheet name! We work with hundreds of spreadsheets and frequently spend hours just trying

to find the filepath location of the last instance where we used the sheet. We like to customize my Header and although Excel offers Header, the format is not our style.
