Mobile and RFID solutions developer BOS Better Online Solutions Ltd. today announced that it has finalized a $25 million contract for the sale of components to a strategic Latin American customer in the aircraft industry and expects to sign it shortly. The contract is through subsidiary Summit Aviation Supply Company. The contract is for an initial five years, until 2012, and may be extended for additional five-year terms.
BOS president and CEO Shmuel Koren said, “Summit has already begun to receive orders under the terms of this frame agreement. It reflects our ability to provide comprehensive supply chain solutions to the global aircraft and aerospace industry. This also demonstrates Summit’s excellent reputation and leading position in the international markets."
BOS posted $23.8 million revenue in 2007 and expects $55 million in 2008, thanks to two recent acquisitions. One of these was Summit Aviation Supply of New Jersey, acquired last year for $5.5 million.
