SUNNYVALE, CA -- 04/23/08 -- FutureDial Incorporated, the leading developer of mobile device content and data management solutions, announced today that it has entered into a licensing deal with digital investigation solutions provider AccessData Corporation. The agreement allows AccessData to license FutureDial's extensive cell phone Device Link Library (DLL) for use in its forensic application software business, serving law enforcement, government and corporate clientele. AccessData will use FutureDial's software development kit (SDK) to bundle FutureDial DLL software modules into AccessData products. AccessData's forensic application software, Forensic ToolKitŪ 2.0, will be the first product to incorporate FutureDial's DLLs, enabling law enforcement officers and forensic investigators to read various content from hundreds of mobile device models currently in use in the U.S. market.

FutureDial President, Shu Gan, says, "FutureDial knows cell phones. Over the years we have worked with the industry leaders to become the software developer-of-choice, enabling access to all the important data and content stored on millions of mobile devices. AccessData's Forensic ToolKit will now have the ability to look under the hoods of hundreds of device models, including Blackberrys, which are widely used among AccessData's customers. Another important advantage is that we continuously introduce new device DLLs, so AccessData's products will stay current as new device models are launched on the market."

AccessData's CEO, Mr. Timothy Leehealey, points out that "this partnership puts our technology on speaking terms with hundreds of different mobile devices. The FutureDial DLLs give us the most extensive support of any solution in the industry. FutureDial's expertise in knowing the 'secret sauce' of cell phones and the quality of their development tools made this partnership an easy decision, and gives us a distinct competitive advantage."
