Pierre leads the analytics team to define strategic direction, approach, and objectives in developing a strategic plan of action.

Pierre works diligently with clients to define and draft business vision, growth direction, business intelligence, and marketing approach to increase presence in existing markets and penetrate new markets.

Prior to joining STEP Strategy Advisors, Pierre worked for Electricité de France as financial analyst to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.

Pierre worked for France Telecom in customer relations successfully managing the high-usage portfolio. Prior, Pierre was the general manager of Lavandin de Grignan, a gift and home care products manufacturer.

Pierre holds an MBA in International Business from Pepperdine University.
