Maryann O'Donnell is a business advisor and investor in a broad spectrum of companies. Maryann has a unique ability to see the future of critical technology companies. Maryann’s business style is one of ‘hands-on’ with the objective of growing the company into a large entity. Maryann is a well respected businesswoman in many industries.

Maryann was one of the first investors in Earthlink Network and was instrumental in developing the infrastructure for this leading, publicly traded internet service provider that serves over 6 million subscribers.

Maryann was the founding visionary of Government Technology Services Inc., a technology company that consolidated sales of computers, software, and networks to federal, state, and local government agencies across the United States. Maryann built the GTSI sales force to over 250 people in ten offices in the US and Europe with over $800 million in annual revenues.

Maryann invests in the entertainment industry and was a founding investor in Beacon Pictures that has enjoyed success with feature films such as ‘Hurricane’, Air Force One’, Thirteen Days’, ‘Spy Game’, as well as in Sirens Entertainment and Event Television International.

Maryann is a co-managing partner in real estate projects including Eastgate Mall, a mixed use business and retail park.

Maryann focuses on the core of a business and works with companies to develop their strategic plan, brand optimization, research and development, and globalization.

Maryann is a member of the Tech Coast Angels and sits on the Boards of Tripod, School for the Deaf, and LA Film School and she is chair of the Southern California Citizens for Social Reform and a member of the Violence Policy Center.  Maryann sits on a number boards of early-stage companies.
