Co-founder and Former Chairman and CEO of Styleclick.com, a leader in e-commerce and a publicly traded company. Joyce piloted ModaCAD, which was later renamed Styleclick.com, through a series of evolutionary technology and business processes, establishing it its leadership in e-commerce and one of the top performing e-commerce sites on the Internet for fashion, cosmetics, accessories, footware, gifts, and other products. The Company also developed into a Web Service Provide and merged with USA Networks.

Styleclick.com initially developed, marketed, and licensed 3D rendering, modeling, and virtual reality software. Joyce created design software for the fashion industry with five US patents issues on key proprietary technologies supporting applications targeted at design, home furnishings, apparel and expanding into gifts and other products.

Joyce founded and was the CEO of CompuArch, Inc., a software development and distribution firm for software serving architects, interior designers, and engineers.

Joyce is on the Board of the CEO Internet Roundtable and is a member of Tech Coast Angels.

Joyce holds a Master of Architecture form the University of Southern California Institute of Architecture.
