David is an Advisor with STEP Strategy Advisors and was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Continental European Firm and was the Head of Corporate Finance in Warsaw , Poland specializing in emerging growth firms. David was with PwC for over twenty years and was actively involved in transactions supporting mergers & acquisitions, shareholder value, commercial valuations for transactions, as well as negotiations with tax authorities, and emerging market entry strategies including greenfield development. His counsel on capital formation and strategic alliances is invaluable.

David has extensive experience analyzing investment opportunities as diverse as telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, food and drink (brewery, dairy, mineral water and confectionery), pharmaceutical, building materials/concrete, construction, oil pipeline, electricity generation, retail department stores, telecommunications, aerospace, glass packaging, mine safety equipment manufacturing and futures broker.

David has experience working and negotiating with a wide variety of cultures from both living in the Czech Republic, Poland, England, and the United States as well as negotiations with companies worldwide providing business acumen working with the British, American, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Estonian, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Belgian, Swiss, Spanish, Croatian, and Kuwaiti cultures.

David has achieved success as an investment/wealth manager to high wealth individuals focusing on successful asset class selection determined through behavioral finance and technical market analysis. David is an expert in financial markets and an experienced CPA.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in International Finance. During his graduation school experience the highlight was an international exchange program with Keio University's Graduate School of Business where he researched his thesis: "Critical Success Factors: Japanese/Western Joint Ventures."
