William Cohen

Senior Advisor

World renown expert in high-performance management and author of forty-six books on marketing, translated into eleven languages, including The Stuff Of Heroes: The Eight Universal Laws Of Leadership. Dr. Cohen is a Major General (Ret) in the US Air Force.

Dr. Cohen is the founder of the Institute of Leader Arts and lectures throughout the world to corporations and the military on leadership, management, and success.

Dr. Cohen was the Chairman of the Department of Marketing and a Professor of Marketing and Leadership at California State University Los Angeles.  

Dr. Cohen is a graduate of West Point Military Academy and served extensively in Vietnam as well as serving as a Major in the Israel Air Force. General Cohen is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Cross, the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross with 3 oak leaf clusters and the Air Medal with 11 oak leaf clusters and many other U.S. and foreign decorations.

Dr. Cohen has a MBA in Management from the University of Chicago and an MA and Ph.D. in Executive Management from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont University.
